    We speak with the adult child and the parent separately, because they have different things to say and both matter. Together the two calls cover 24 questions on personality, rhythm, humor, interests, and care needs.

    A face, a name, and two things they love before anyone knocks.

    Your Companion Card arrives by email: photo, background check date, neighborhood, and a note on what your companion enjoys. A short personal video follows, so your parent already knows who's coming before the first hello.
