Solay is a platform that helps families and seniors find caregivers and coordinate care, including scheduling, messaging, and appointment management. Solay is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider or staffing agency.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Solay.

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and the seniors you onboard, to keep your account credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account.

Solay is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed clinician for medical decisions. Caregivers are independent and are not employees of Solay unless expressly stated.

Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time effective the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

If you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, your use of those features is also subject to Google's terms and policies. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Solay integrates with third-party services to provide features such as video meetings and scheduling. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, disrupting the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Solay and its content, features, and trademarks are owned by Solay and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Solay branding without our prior written permission.

You may stop using Solay and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the platform and its users.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of Solay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
